Our 24/7 Response Process

Our trusted facilities management services team is always here to support you. With a 24/7 on-call service operating day and night, you can have your issue seen to promptly. Once a job has been lodged with our helpdesk, we will make arrangements to rectify the issue as soon as possible. We will keep you up to date and inform you of when work will commence. Engineers will then attend your site and complete reactive maintenance and repairs.

By utilising our Protean system, our helpdesk coordinators can track jobs, quickly assign engineers and provide any necessary reports, ensuring your problem is resolved quickly.

  • Air conditioning issues (that the customer can wait for)

  • Extract fans not working
